Duties

- Monitor cooking times and temperatures to guarantee optimal results for each dish.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate meal preparation, ensuring timely service.
- Assist in menu planning by suggesting new grilling techniques or flavor combinations.
- Serve dishes efficiently while maintaining high standards of hygiene and customer satisfaction.
Experience
- Proven experience in food preparation and cooking within a restaurant or hospitality setting.
- Strong knowledge of kitchen safety protocols and food safety regulations.
- Hands-on experience with various grilling techniques and equipment operation.
- Familiarity with meal preparation processes from start to finish in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous restaurant experience that demonstrates ability to work under pressure while maintaining quality standards.
- Excellent understanding of serving practices to ensure guest satisfaction.
