About A4G
A4G is a dynamic and growing accountancy practice with a strong focus on technology, innovation and helping businesses succeed. As we continue to develop the way we work, we are looking for a Computing or IT student to join our team and gain valuable commercial experience full-time for the Summer and perhaps beyond working remotely around your studies.
This placement is suitable for a student who has completed either their first or second year of a Computing-related degree and is keen to apply their skills in a real business environment.
The Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity to work on a range of technology projects, including supporting the development of an AI-powered business assistant to help improve efficiency and enhance the way we work.
You may also work alongside our IT team, helping with systems improvements, hardware and software support, and a variety of technology projects following our recent office move.
This placement offers the chance to gain hands-on experience in:
- Artificial Intelligence and business automation
- IT systems and infrastructure
- Business technology projects
- Problem solving in a commercial environment
- Working as part of a professional team
About You
You will be:
- Studying Computing, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering or a related degree.
- Have completed your first or second year of study.
- Interested in AI, automation and emerging technologies.
- Enthusiastic, proactive and keen to learn.
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
- Looking to gain practical, real-world experience in a growing business.
