What you'll be doing
As a Property Operations Team Member, you'll help ensure every property is presented to a five-star standard.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing serviced accommodation and holiday lets for arriving guests.
- Cleaning to our detailed OWL Clean Standard.
- Making beds to a hotel-quality finish.
- Completing digital quality checklists.
- Taking photographs before and after every clean.
- Reporting maintenance issues and damaged items.
- Restocking guest welcome packs and consumables.
- Managing linen and towels through our dedicated laundry facility.
- Helping maintain stock levels.
- Working efficiently as part of a supportive operations team.

Our Working Hours
We believe work should fit around life where possible.
Our standard working hours are:
9:15am – 4:00pm
Designed around school drop-offs while still giving you a productive working day.
As our properties operate seven days a week, you'll work on a planned rotating rota that shares weekends fairly across the whole team.
No permanent weekend working.
Just a fair, organised schedule.
