What the role involves:
You will clean private homes to a high standard, including kitchens, bathrooms, dusting, hoovering, mopping and all the important finishing touches. It is honest, hands-on work where you can see the results of a job well done, and where clients really value and trust you in their homes. Please note this is a physically active role, so you will be on your feet, bending and moving throughout the day.
This is a self-employed role. Please do not worry if that is new to you, as we guide you through the simple setup, you invoice us weekly, and you are responsible for your own tax. There is no paid holiday or sick pay, but you will have steady, reliable hours and a lovely team behind you.
What we are looking for:
- A full UK driving licence and your own car. This is essential, as you will travel between clients' homes, so please only apply if you drive and have your own vehicle
- Reliable and trustworthy, with pride in your work
- Available for consistent weekday daytimes, including through the school holidays
- Happy working on your own in clients' homes
- Discreet and respectful, as our clients welcome us into their homes and trust matters
- Cleaning experience is a bonus but not essential, as the right attitude matters most
- Willing to provide references and undergo a basic DBS check, which we cover
