What you’ll be doing:
We’re seeking an enthusiastic individual with a desire to succeed and focus on delivering great customer service at our new branch in Ponteland. We’re seeking someone to help us by working on our sales counter serving customers and helping to ensure they get the right products for them.
We are seeking an enthusiastic individual with a hunger for sales and a passion for delivering customer service excellence. In particular, you should be able to provide examples of how you can build effective working relationships with customers in order to understand their requirements and ensure the correct products are supplied.
It’s important you can build trust and rapport with our customers to ensure they are satisfied with the service they receive every time they visit.
You should also be able to show us how you use initiative to identify sales opportunities and offer advice and solutions to customers, thus maximising profitable sales and margin.
Experience in the industry or similar, particularly knowledge of building and roofing materials will be a significant advantage, but not essential, as full training will be given to the right person.
