What you'll be doing
As a Chef, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day running of the kitchen, ensuring food is prepared to a consistently high standard while maintaining an organised, safe and hygienic working environment.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the day-to-day kitchen operations across our sites.
- Preparing and cooking high-quality British cuisine.
- Maintaining the highest standards of food safety and hygiene, helping to achieve and retain a 5-star food hygiene rating.
- Following instructions and guidance from Senior Chefs to ensure consistency and quality.
- Working collaboratively as part of a busy kitchen team.
- Contributing to a positive, professional and customer-focused environment.

- Holds a full UK driving licence and has access to transport, as travel between our Cranbrook and Maidstone locations is required.
