About Matto Pizza
Matto Pizza opened its doors in 2020 with a passion for delivering the best Neapolitan pizza experience in the heart of Meadowbank. Our first pizzeria quickly became a local favourite, and since then, we’ve expanded to offer delivery, dine-in, and takeaway options across three of our most-loved neighbourhoods.
We’re proud to have been named Deliveroo’s Best Pizza in Scotland — a recognition that reflects our commitment to quality and flavour in every pizza we create.

What will I be doing?
· Ensuring the smooth running of the back of house preparation and cooking process.
· Maintaining the highest standards of hygiene, including overseeing regular deep cleans and kitchen organisation.
· Preparing ingredients, and taking full responsibility for your station.
· Working closely with the team to ensure timely and efficient service.
What are we looking for?
· Kitchen experience in a high-pressure environment.
· A friendly and engaging manner.
· A great communicator who enjoys being part of a friendly, close-knit team.
· Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as required.
