Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and personable Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a lively hospitality environment, providing excellent service to our guests. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hospitality, be well-organised, and thrive in a fast-paced setting. Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting is advantageous but not essential, as training will be provided. All positions are paid, including internships, ensuring fair compensation for your efforts.
Duties
- Serve drinks and refreshments efficiently and courteously to customers
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area at all times
- Handle cash and electronic payments with basic maths skills
- Assist in setting up and clearing tables as required
- Engage with customers to create a welcoming atmosphere
- Restock supplies and monitor stock levels throughout shifts
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality, food safety, or restaurant environments is desirable but not mandatory
- Strong serving skills with a friendly and professional demeanour
- Good organisational abilities and time management skills
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a lively environment
- Basic maths skills for handling transactions accurately
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude
- A responsible approach to health and safety standards
- Flexibility to work weekends shifts
