Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to join our small family run business selling Power Tools and Accessories as an E-Commerce Operations Coordinator. This hybrid role combines e-commerce customer service and product listing, ensuring all our online orders are processed and products are listed on our sales channels. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of ecommerce platforms (Shopify, eBay, Amazon) and be able to provide strong customer service.
Responsibilities
Customer Service:
- Ensuring order processing is managed effectively via a centralised order management platform (Linnworks / Shopify).
- Answering customer queries or questions across our Shopify, eBay and Amazon e-commerce stores.
- Handling the returns process ensuring customers are supported throughout the order lifecycle.
E-commerce Product Listing:
- Create, update, and maintain product listings across our Shopify, eBay and Amazon e-commerce stores.
- Capture and upload high-quality product images and videos, ensuring they meet platform specifications.
- Organise and categorise products for ease of navigation and improved user experience.
Qualifications & Experience
- Basic knowledge of in e-commerce platforms like Shopify, eBay, Amazon.
- Any knowledge or Power Tools or Accessories would be beneficial.
- Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinker with a problem-solving attitude.
Pay: £12.71-£14.00 per hour
