Are you a people person who loves organising, building relationships, and making things happen?
We’re looking for an enthusiastic Community Fundraising Coordinator to join our Fundraising Team and help deliver an exciting programme of challenge and community fundraising for Isabel Hospice.
You could be supporting someone preparing to take on the London Marathon, helping a community group organise their latest fundraising event, working with schools and local organisations, or helping our team develop the next fundraising idea. You’ll be there to encourage our supporters, help them make the most of their fundraising and ensure they have a brilliant experience with Isabel Hospice.
This is a varied, hands-on role where no two days will be quite the same. You’ll work alongside our experienced Community Fundraisers and colleagues across the hospice, gaining valuable experience in fundraising, events, supporter stewardship, marketing, and community engagement.
This could be an ideal opportunity for a graduate or someone looking to take their first step into fundraising, events, or the charity sector. You don’t necessarily need previous fundraising experience – we’re looking for someone who is organised, confident with people, keen to learn and happy to use their initiative. This role is 30 hrs per week, Monday to Friday.

- Comfortable managing a varied workload and juggling different priorities
- IT confident, with experience using databases or CRM systems

Experience in fundraising, events, or a customer-facing role would be ideal, but just as important is your energy, empathy and willingness to learn.
