Job description:
Location: Epic Tools, Beccles NR34 7TQ
Pay: National Living Wage or above depending on experience
Hours: Full-time 40 hours. Covering Monday to Saturday. Overtime available.
Start date: immediately
Working times: Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm,
Saturday 8am - 1pm. (Depending on rota shift)
Transportation: Must be able to get to work by your own method, as transport links are limited due to the location.

Epic Tools is a well-established, family-run business with a great reputation. We sell tools through our retail shop, online store and live social media sales, meaning no two days are ever the same.
We’re looking for a reliable, enthusiastic and hard-working person to join our team. This is a varied, hands-on role that would suit someone who enjoys being active, takes pride in their work and is happy to get stuck in wherever needed.
Your duties will include:
- Picking and packing online orders accurately.
- Warehouse duties, including receiving and organising stock.
- Assisting customers in our retail shop.
- Stock checking and replenishment.
- Maintaining a clean, tidy and safe working environment.
- Supporting the team with day-to-day business tasks.
This list is not exhaustive, and you’ll be expected to help wherever required.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Is punctual, dependable and takes pride in their work.
- Has a positive attitude and is willing to learn.
- Works well as part of a team.
- Has good attention to detail.
- Can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Is physically capable of lifting and moving boxes throughout the day.
- Has a genuine interest in tools or DIY (preferred but not essential).
