Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Production Operator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience of working within manufacturing.
This role involves working in a fast-paced environment where you will be responsible for operating laser and CNC machinery ensuring the efficient operation of production.
Duties
- Operate and maintain production machinery, ensuring optimal performance.
- Conduct routine inspections of equipment to identify any maintenance needs or issues.
- Monitor stock levels and proactively reporting low levels to bring the stock back up to the required amount.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
- Maintain a clean and organised workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Assist in inventory management within the warehouse as required.
Qualifications
- Proven mechanical knowledge, with the ability to troubleshoot basic machinery issues.
- Previous warehouse experience is advantageous but not essential.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently.
