The Role
We’re looking for friendly, energetic people to join our team as Seasonal Hosts at one of Cornwall’s most unique beachside resorts.
This isn’t your typical hospitality job. One minute you might be welcoming guests to their beach hut, the next you’re setting up for a sunset session, helping the café team during a rush, or keeping the beach looking its best.
You’ll be at the heart of the guest experience — creating a relaxed, fun, and memorable atmosphere every day.
Responsibilities
- Welcoming guests and being a go-to friendly face across the site
- Supporting different teams (café, housekeeping, reception) during busy periods
- Assisting with events, music sessions, and evening vibe
- Setting up and packing down beach areas (loungers, parasols, etc.)
- Handling guest questions and making sure everyone has a great time
- Dealing with bookings.
Skills
- · A positive, outgoing personality – you enjoy talking to people
- · A hands-on attitude – you’re happy to muck in wherever needed
- · Comfortable working outdoors (this is beach life, after all)
- · A team player who thrives in a busy, fast-paced environment
- · Someone who cares about creating great experiences, not just doing a job
- · Hospitality experience is a bonus, but not essential — attitude is everything.

Includes weekends, evenings & holidays
