Job Summary
We're an established landscaping company that's been going for over 18 years, and we're looking for a reliable, skilled person to join our maintenance team.
We're not after someone for five minutes. We do things properly here, and we've kept hold of good people over the years. Our longest-standing team member has been with us more than 20 years now. Steve, the owner, is out on the tools himself and runs the business with his partner, so he knows what a good job looks like. We've built a solid reputation and we want someone who'll take pride in keeping it that way.
The business is split between two sides: maintenance and landscaping. There's a busy maintenance round to look after across both residential and commercial sites, and Steve heads up the landscaping side where we get some really nice jobs in. So there's plenty of variety and the chance to get stuck into bigger projects too.
We're genuine people and we're transparent about everything we do. We're a close-knit team and it's all built on trust and honesty. That's really what we're after: someone with the same manner who can slot straight into the team.
There's also real scope to grow with us. We've got connections in the utilities industry with work potentially coming down the line, so for the right person there's plenty of opportunity to take on more and progress as the business develops.
