JOB TITLE: Children’s Services Support Administrator
Hours: 37 per week
Interview dates: September 2026
Are you looking for a new challenge? We are looking for an Administrator with a “can do” attitude, to provide administrative support to our Children’s Services Team. If you have a keen eye for detail, good customer service skills and able to act with tact and diplomacy – this could be the role for you!
About the role…

Part of supportive team working at pace.

To support the service with administrative duties including, post, emails and phone calls

Support the team with tasks to ensure a high quality service to Children and Families
The successful candidate will be required to undertake a standard Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check. Costs for the DBS are covered by Rutland County Council.
About you…

Good IT skills, able to use Microsoft Office, Outlook, Teams and bespoke databases

Able to balance an ever-changing workload, whilst keeping to deadlines

Have good communication skills, with the ability to relate to individuals at all levels
