Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Conveyancing Assistant to join our Conveyancing Team. This role involves supporting the conveyancing process by managing administrative tasks, liaising with clients and external parties, and ensuring the smooth progression of property transactions. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills, excellent customer service abilities, and analysis skills to handle complex documentation efficiently. Duties
- Assist with file opening
- Liaise with clients, estate agents, solicitors, and other stakeholders to coordinate various stages of conveyancing
- Processing initial client care documents
- Support the team with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence management
- Monitor progress of transactions and escalate issues as necessary to ensure timely completion
- Dealing with post completion administration
Qualifications
- Previous administrative experience within a legal or property environment is desirable
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Outstanding customer service skills to maintain positive relationships with clients and external parties
- Proficient in MS Office applications and case management software
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling complex documentation
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
