We are looking for an experienced Salon Manager to join our growing, high-energy beauty salon.
This is a fast-paced environment, so we are searching for someone who thrives under pressure and feels confident in a very busy, dynamic setting.
About the Role
As a Salon Manager, you will be responsible for the daily operations of the salon, ensuring everything runs smoothly while delivering an exceptional client experience.
You will work closely with the team and owner, making sure the business is aligned, organised, and continuously growing.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing day-to-day salon operations
- Leading and supporting a team of nail technicians & beauticians
- Handling bookings, schedules & staff coordination
- Maintaining high standards of customer service
- Resolving client queries and managing complaints professionally
- Driving team performance and motivation
- Ensuring the salon runs in line with business goals(działanie w zgodzie z biznesem i jego rozwojem)

- Previous experience in a management role (salon or similar fast-paced environment)
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and multitask
- Confident decision-maker
