Job Overview
We are seeking a personable and professional Front of House Server to join our vibrant Fish & Chip shop. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere, and maintaining high standards of food safety and presentation.
MON EVE, TUE EVE, WED EVE, THU EVE, FRI EVE, SAT MORNING & EVE
Duties
- Greet guests and take their orders with attentiveness and efficiency
- Serve food accurately, ensuring presentation meets quality standards
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations to customers, upselling menu items where appropriate
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the shop before, during, and after service
- Assist with food preparation and serve customers
- Process payments accurately using the POS system and handle cash transactions securely
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant service is preferred but not essential; training will be provided
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards and basic food pd organisational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment reparation skills
