Your role may include:
- Supporting people in their own homes.
- Helping people access the community, activities and appointments.
- Encouraging independence and developing daily living skills.
- Supporting people to achieve personal goals and build confidence.
- Providing emotional reassurance and positive encouragement.
- Supporting with medication where required (full training provided).
- Promoting dignity, choice and independence at every opportunity.
- Completing accurate and professional documentation.
- Working as part of a supportive and passionate team.
Who we're looking for
We recruit for values first.
Experience is welcomed, but your attitude, kindness and willingness to learn are just as important.
We're looking for someone who:
- Has a genuinely positive outlook and enjoys encouraging others.
- Is passionate about making a difference in people's lives.
- Treats everyone with dignity, kindness and respect.
- Has excellent communication skills.
- Is patient, compassionate and emotionally resilient.
- Can work well both independently and as part of a team.
- Is reliable, flexible and willing to learn.
- Has a full UK driving licence
What we offer
- Fixed, predictable rota with an excellent work-life balance.
- Full-time 36-hour contract.
- Comprehensive induction and ongoing training.
- Opportunities to develop and progress within the organisation.
- A supportive management team that genuinely values its staff.
- A friendly, welcoming team with an excellent workplace culture.
- The opportunity to make a real difference every single day.
