Build Your Career with Revio Physio & Wellness
Your first few years as a physiotherapist will shape the clinician you become.
At Revio, we don't expect you to know everything from day one. What we do expect is curiosity, compassion, a willingness to learn, and a genuine desire to help people move with confidence again.
We'll provide the mentoring, support and proven systems to help you develop into an exceptional MSK physiotherapist.
If you're looking for more than "just another physio job", we'd love to hear from you.
About Revio
Revio Physio & Wellness is a growing private physiotherapy and sports massage clinic with locations in Rochester and St Margaret's, London.
We specialise in musculoskeletal physiotherapy, sports injuries and rehabilitation, helping people return to the activities they love—whether that's running their first half marathon, getting back to the gym or simply living without pain.
Our philosophy is simple.
We believe great physiotherapy is about far more than hands-on treatment.
We combine evidence-based assessment, education, exercise rehabilitation and manual therapy to help patients achieve long-term results—not just temporary relief.
We're building a clinic known for exceptional patient care, high standards and continuous learning, with ambitions to become one of the leading private physiotherapy providers in our communities.
The Opportunity
This is an excellent opportunity for a newly qualified or early-career physiotherapist looking to develop in private practice.
You'll work alongside experienced clinicians in a supportive environment where learning is encouraged, mentoring is part of the working week, and professional development is genuinely prioritised.
You'll have the opportunity to:
- Build your own patient caseload.
- Deliver evidence-based assessments and rehabilitation programmes.
- Work in both treatment rooms and gym-based rehabilitation.
- Develop excellent communication and clinical reasoning skills.
- Learn how to confidently guide patients through complete rehabilitation journeys.
- Be part of a growing business with genuine opportunities for career progression.
What You'll Be Doing
- Assessing and treating private musculoskeletal patients.
- Creating personalised rehabilitation programmes.
- Educating patients about their condition and recovery.
- Helping patients return to sport, work and everyday life.
- Building long-term relationships with patients.
- Maintaining accurate and timely clinical notes.
- Participating in weekly mentoring, case discussions and internal CPD.
- Working collaboratively with the wider Revio team.
- Continuously developing your clinical skills and communication.
Who We're Looking For
This role could be perfect if you:
- Are HCPC registered (or awaiting registration as a new graduate).
- Have a genuine passion for musculoskeletal physiotherapy.
- Love working with people and building relationships.
- Are coachable and actively seek feedback.
- Hold yourself to high professional standards.
- Enjoy exercise rehabilitation and movement-based treatment.
- Want structured mentoring and regular development.
- Are excited to grow alongside a developing clinic.
- Want to build a long-term career rather than simply find your next job.
This Probably Isn't The Right Role If...
- You prefer passive treatment over active rehabilitation.
- You don't enjoy receiving feedback or being coached.
- You're looking for a clinic where everyone works independently with little collaboration.
- You don't enjoy building long-term relationships with patients.
- You're looking for a role with low expectations.
What Success Looks Like
During your first few months, you'll learn the Revio approach while building confidence in managing your own caseload.
With mentoring and support, you'll work towards:
- Delivering an outstanding patient experience.
- Building trust that keeps patients engaged throughout their rehabilitation.
- Developing excellent communication and clinical reasoning skills.
- Confidently prescribing exercise-based rehabilitation.
- Achieving high patient satisfaction.
- Helping patients complete their rehabilitation journey.
- Becoming the kind of physiotherapist patients confidently recommend to their family and friends.
