Job Summary
We are seeking a professional, passionate, and client-focused Beauty Therapist/Skin Therapist to join our growing team. With a diverse skill set and outstanding customer care whilst creating a warm and welcoming environment, where every client feels confident and valued.
You will be responsible for delivering a high standard of treatments, building strong client relationships whilst maintaining high salon standards
Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of beauty treatments including skincare, facials, waxing, and specialised therapies
- Manage front desk operations including scheduling appointments
- Conduct thorough client consultations and provide appropriate aftercare advice
- Provide expert advice on skincare routines and product recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all treatment areas and equipment
- Deliver excellent customer service by understanding client needs and ensuring a relaxing experience
- Keep accurate records of treatments provided and client preferences
- Work collaboratively with the team
Experience
- Qualified with a Level 3 Beauty Therapy qualification (level 4 desirable)
- Proven experience as a Beauty Therapist or in a similar role is preferred but not essential; training will be provided for suitable candidates
Requirements
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English
- Ability to manage front desk tasks whilst multi-tasking in a busy environment
- Excellent communication skills to build rapport with clients and understand their individual needs
- Ability to work flexibly, demonstrating organisation and professionalism in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility and Weekend work essential
