Pristine Partners Macclesfield & surrounding areas Job Type: Part-time Hours: 3 hours per week initially (Fridays) with flexibility for additional cleaning hours if desired Pay: £12-£15 per hour depending on experience About Us Pristine Partners is a local cleaning and home support business providing professional cleaning services, deep cleans, end of tenancy cleans, and our new Home Reset & Organisation services. We pride ourselves on providing a reliable, friendly and personal service to our clients, helping create calm and comfortable homes. We are looking for a reliable and organised person to support the business with weekly administration, with the opportunity for additional cleaning work for the right person. The Role This role will initially focus on a small amount of weekly business administration to help keep everything running smoothly. Tasks will include: Creating and sending client invoices Logging and organising business expenses Following up unpaid invoices from the previous week Sending client intake forms Creating and maintaining client folders and records Updating client information and documents General organisation and admin support There may also be opportunities for additional cleaning work, including: Regular domestic cleans Deep cleans End of tenancy cleans Home organisation/reset projects About You We are looking for someone who is: Organised and reliable Comfortable working independently Good attention to detail Friendly and professional when communicating with clients Confident using basic computer systems Trustworthy with confidential client information Previous administration or cleaning experience is beneficial but not essential. A positive attitude and willingness to learn are important. Hours Initially: 3 hours per week every Friday The role may develop with additional hours available through cleaning support as the business grows. Why Join Pristine Partners?
