HICA is a ‘Not for Profit’ organisation providing a range of care services to older people and people with learning difficulties both within residential and nursing homes and within the community.
We are also proud to be a Veterans Friendly Framework (VFF) accredited organisation and we are committed to the Armed Forces Covenant and its values. We will continue to develop recruitment pathways that attract and support members of the Armed Forces community, and we actively encourage applications from those who have served in the Armed Forces, as well as partners of veterans.
