Our charity funds around £100 million of research each year into all heart and circulatory diseases and the things that cause them. Heart diseases. Stroke. Vascular dementia. Diabetes. They're all connected, and they're all under our microscope. Our volunteers help us fund lifesaving science to improve the lives of families and loved ones living with heart and circulatory disease. Would you enjoy the buzz of giving customers an excellent shopping experience? We are looking for volunteers to help us in at our BHF online office in Leeds. Volunteer to work closely with the Customer service team.
This role will involve:
• Helping customers with their enquiries by email
• Regular checking of our account, replying to messages and answering queries.
• Helping with enquiries for items which are stored in our on-site warehouse.
• Helping with enquiries regarding deliveries and collections
