Stepwise Footcare is a well-established, small, but busy and very well-equipped accredited podiatry practice located in the friendly and expanding village of Burwell, Cambridge. We are situated directly between Cambridge and Bury St Edmunds and only 5 miles from Newmarket.
Summary
We have a position available for a qualified and experienced Foot Health Practitioner or a Podiatrist primarily to help take care of our expanding number of routine footcare/podiatry appointments now that we are launching a new membership scheme for patients.
This is an exciting opportunity for expansion of this friendly and highly regarded clinic. The position will be on an employed basis and start at 2 days a week although more days are expected to become available. The salary will be based on £35,000 per annum pro rata.
We are also planning a bonus scheme relating to the new membership scheme, for recruiting members or on their annual renewal.
The clinic offers a range of treatments including chiropody, podiatry, Swift microwave, Lunula Laser fungal nail treatment, biomechanical assessments, and specialist MotionMetrix clinical gait and 3D running analysis. In addition to these we also offer patients off the shelf orthotics and SIDAS bespoke insoles made on-site.
Candidate(s):
We are looking for a confident, friendly and enthusiastic team member who is passionate about their work and would enjoy helping to move the clinic to the next level, and progressing their own career by learning to provide some of the other more specialist treatments and services that we offer. The successful candidate will need to hold the relevant FHP qualification or podiatry degree and HCPC registration.
