We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Waiting Staff to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional service and creating a welcoming atmosphere. Previous experience as waiting staff is essential for this position. Availability at weekends is essential.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements to ensure a positive dining experience
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring special dietary requirements are accommodated
- Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness
- Provide attentive guest service, addressing any queries or concerns promptly and courteously
- Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are consistently maintained in accordance with regulations
- Manage multiple tables effectively through excellent time management and organisational skills
- Process payments accurately using the point-of-sale system and handle cash transactions securely
Experience
- Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant service is essential.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and basic food preparation techniques is advantageous
- Good communication skills and a friendly demeanour to ensure guests feel valued and comfortable
- Basic maths skills for handling bills, payments, and cash handling tasks
Pay: £90.00 per day
