Hours: Sunday to Thursday, 08:00 - 16:30 (40 hours per week)
HRGO Recruitment are recruiting for a Picker Packer to join a busy warehouse operation based in Hastings. This is a temporary to permanent opportunity, offering long-term stability and development for the right candidate.
As a Picker Packer, you will be responsible for efficiently picking, packing, labelling, and preparing customer orders for dispatch. You will work within a fast-paced warehouse environment where accuracy, speed, and attention to detail are essential to ensure customer satisfaction and meet daily targets.

Picking products accurately using pick lists or handheld scanners

Packing items securely and safely for dispatch

Labelling and preparing orders efficiently

Checking orders for accuracy before dispatch

Working towards daily productivity targets

Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment

Reporting any damaged goods, stock discrepancies, or issues

Supporting colleagues and working as part of a team to meet deadlines

Previous experience in a warehouse, picking, or packing role preferred

Good packing experience with strong attention to detail

Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
