Duties
- Assist with loading, unloading, and organizing materials and equipment on-site
- Support skilled tradespeople by preparing work areas, tools, and supplies
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards across the construction site
- Help with site setup and breakdown at the start and end of each workday
- Follow safety protocols diligently to ensure a secure environment for all team members
- Perform basic manual tasks such as digging, lifting, and moving materials as directed
- Report any hazards or issues immediately to supervisors to prevent accidents or delays
Requirements
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Strong work ethic with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn new skills
- Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions clearly
- Reliable transportation to reach various job sites in
- Prior experience in construction or manual labour is a plus but not mandatory
- Knowledge of safety procedures and willingness to adhere strictly to safety guidelines
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
