The role
This is a people-first role at the front of our growth, supercharged by the tools we build with. You'll be the first point of contact for the talent we bring into the business: finding strong candidates, reaching out at scale, getting them excited about what we're building, and keeping them engaged through the process.
You'll be:
- Sourcing high-calibre candidates across a range of specialist roles using LinkedIn, university networks, events and referrals
- Using AI tools — Claude, Codex and similar — to build and run personalised outreach campaigns at volume, so you're having ten times the conversations a traditional recruiter would
- Using AI to help sift inbound applications and CVs, so the strongest people reach a human conversation faster
- Running high-volume outreach — email, InMail, phone — and getting replies where others don't
- Screening applicants and running first-round conversations yourself
- Coordinating interviews and keeping candidates warm from first contact to offer
- Representing us at careers events, meetups and on campus
- Building and maintaining our candidate pipeline, trackers and outreach automations
Must-haves
- An energetic, outgoing personality — this role lives or dies on your ability to strike up a conversation with a stranger and make them want to hear more
- Genuinely enjoys talking to people all day, on the phone and in person
- Confident, warm and persuasive in writing and on calls
- Comfortable with AI tools, or excited to learn fast — you should want to automate the boring half of this job
- Highly organised — you'll be juggling dozens of conversations at once
- 0–2 years' experience; recent graduates welcome
- Able to work in-office in London
Nice to have
- Any exposure to recruitment, sales, business development or events
- Experience prompting LLMs, or with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS tools or spreadsheets
- An interest in AI and startups
Pay: £20.00 per hour
