Duties
- Provide professional barbering services including haircuts, trims, shaves, and grooming treatments tailored to each client’s preferences
- Engage with clients through friendly communication to understand their style goals and offer expert advice
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tools, workstations, and the overall barber area in compliance with health regulations
- Schedule appointments efficiently while managing walk-in clients with enthusiasm and professionalism
- Stay updated on the latest hair styling trends and techniques to deliver modern, fashionable looks
- Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and foster a welcoming atmosphere
- Assist in maintaining inventory of grooming products and tools to ensure smooth daily operations
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Barber or in a similar hair styling role with a strong portfolio of work
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect positively with diverse clients
- Strong communication skills in English for clear consultations and team collaboration
- Skilled in barbering techniques including cutting, trimming, shaving, and styling hair
