About the Role
Take a leading role in delivering Salford’s ambitious regeneration programmes. You’ll drive a programme, shaping projects from concept to completion, ensuring they meet key objectives, budgets, and timelines while creating lasting community benefits. Working closely with senior leaders, partners and stakeholders, you’ll shape strategy, manage delivery, and influence key decisions. This is a high-impact role where you’ll bring leadership, collaboration and vision to help deliver inclusive, sustainable growth across the city.
About you
You’ll bring proven experience delivering complex regeneration projects, with strong technical and commercial insight. Confident working with partners across the public and private sectors, you understand development finance, planning, and funding programmes. A strategic thinker with political awareness, you can navigate complex stakeholder environments and drive collaboration. With a track record of managing projects successfully, you’ll demonstrate strong leadership, organisational awareness, and a commitment to our values.
