Fusalp a été fondé en 1952 par deux tailleurs français dont le concept original apportait la confection la plus fine aux tenues techniques de ski.

Depuis l'invention révolutionnaire d'une combinaison de ski de course en 1966 et tout au long de l'histoire de la marque, les créations se sont concentrées sur la libération des mouvements et l'amélioration des performances.

Entre héritage et modernité, Mathilde Lacoste, Directrice Artistique de la Maison Fusalp, perpétue l’innovation en jouant avec les savoir-faire et les codes historiques de la marque.

Today, Fusalp brings The Art of the Mountain to life across the world's most iconic mountain destinations and international cities. Our collections move seamlessly from the slopes to the city, guided by one conviction: performance and elegance should never be separated.

As we open our new London boutique, we are looking for enthusiastic people who love working with customers and want to build a career in premium retail.

Your Mission

As a Sales Associate, you will be at the heart of the Fusalp client experience.

You will:

Welcome and advise local and international clients with authenticity and attention.
Understand their needs and create a personalised, memorable experience.
Develop your product knowledge and confidently share the Fusalp story.
Contribute to sales targets, KPIs and clienteling.
Support visual merchandising and maintain impeccable boutique standards.
Take part in all daily boutique activities: sales, stock, deliveries, replenishment, inventories and operations.
Contribute to a positive, energetic and supportive team.

As we open our new London boutiques, we are looking for enthusiastic people who love working with customers and want to build a career in premium retail.

We are currently recruiting for two London locations:

Boutique 1

Boutique 2
Brook Street, London

What will help you succeed

For this role, attitude and potential matter as much as experience.

You are at the beginning of your retail career, but you already have a strong understanding of what great customer service looks like with a first relevant experience in retail, fashion or with high quality customer facing environment.

What matters most is that you:

Genuinely enjoy working with people and creating great customer experiences.
Are enthusiastic, curious and eager to learn.
Enjoy selling and are motivated by results.
Take initiative and are happy to get involved wherever needed.
Want to learn, grow and build a career in retail.
Are flexible to work weekends, peak periods and across London locations when required.
Additional languages are a plus.
