The people appointed will develop, promote and deliver a range of inclusive school and community-based sporting opportunities and activities as well as promoting Physical Activity and mental - wellbeing.
The Health, Sports and Fitness Team are working across a number of agendas that cater for the needs of all participants. You will work closely with other Torfaen Council Departments / schools and the voluntary sector (Community Clubs).
You must be able to demonstrate interpersonal, motivational, organisational and administrative skills. As well as being confident in adapting to the environment in front of you and innovative in the service you are providing. A full UK driving licence is desirable but not essential and also be able to work as and when required including weekends and evenings.
