Hours: Full-time (08.00-17.30) 5 days per week (Monday - Friday)
Salary: Competitive, based on age & experience

Village Butchers Tottington is a friendly, local, independent shop at the heart of the community. The shop is open 6 days a week – Monday to Saturday (7.30am – 5.30pm).
The Role
We’re looking for a reliable, enthusiastic person to support day‑to‑day operations in the shop. Depending on experience, duties may include:
- Serving customers with a friendly, professional manner
- Making burgers, kebabs and other value‑added products
- Keeping the counter stocked, clean, and well-presented
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and hygienic working environment in line with food safety regulations
- Assisting with stock rotation and general shop tasks
- Maintaining excellent hygiene and food safety practices
- Working as part of a supportive, close-knit team
- Completing routine cleaning tasks, including surfaces, equipment, and customer areas, to ensure the shop is always presentable

- Salary is dependent on experience and will be discussed and confirmed at interview.
