As a fast-growing UK business with an excellent reputation for quality and customer service, we're looking for a motivated Sales Executive to help drive our continued expansion.
The Role
As a Salesperson, you'll play a key role in our customer journey, turning enquiries into sales while delivering an exceptional buying experience from initial contact through to completion.
You'll be responsible for managing inbound enquiries, proactively generating new business opportunities, and building lasting relationships with both residential and commercial customers.
Salary: £28,000 per annum, plus a realistic and achievable uncapped commission structure. Our current team members have the potential to earn an additional £1,000+ per month in commission.
Working Hours:
- Monday to Thursday: 9:00am – 5:00pm (Office)
- Friday: 9:00am – 5:00pm (Working from home)
Additional hours may occasionally be required to meet customer demand and sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound customer enquiries via phone, email, website, and live chat.
- Guide customers through product options, specifications, customisations, and pricing.
- Prepare quotations and follow up on outstanding enquiries.
- Build strong customer relationships and deliver an outstanding buying experience.
- Manage and maintain an organised sales pipeline using our CRM system.
- Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities, including B2B sales.
- Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to maximise sales opportunities.
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Attend exhibitions, trade shows, or customer appointments when required.
- Carry out additional tasks that support the continued growth and success of the business.
What We're Looking For

You'll ideally have:
- Proven experience in a sales role with a strong track record of achieving targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- A proactive attitude with the confidence to generate new business opportunities.
- The ability to work independently as well as part of a close-knit team.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- A customer-first approach with a genuine desire to deliver excellent service.
- Experience using CRM systems (preferred but not essential).
- A full UK driving licence would be advantageous.
