Lettings Negotiator

The Role
As a Lettings Negotiator, you'll be responsible for helping landlords let their properties and matching tenants with their ideal home. You'll manage enquiries, carry out property viewings, negotiate offers, and provide an exceptional customer experience from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Register landlords and tenants, matching applicants to suitable properties.
- Conduct property viewings and negotiate tenancy agreements.
- Build strong relationships with landlords and tenants, delivering outstanding customer service.
- Manage enquiries by phone, email, and in person.
- Ensure all paperwork and compliance requirements are completed accurately.
- Work closely with colleagues to achieve team targets and contribute to the continued success of the business.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in residential lettings or a customer-facing property role.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- A proactive, organised, and target-driven approach.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage a busy workload.
- Good IT skills and experience using CRM systems.
- A full UK driving licence is preferred.

Pay: £25,420.00-£350,000.00 per year
