Job Description
Whether you are working on the shop floor, making Curry Packs, fulfilling customer orders or helping with office work, the purpose of your job remains the same. You will always display your enthusiasm and passion for our vision. You will be able to do this by maintaining high quality and standards throughout your work.
Full training in all areas will be provided to you - including a recognised online Food Safety course.

- Provide an excellent customer experience creating and maintaining good customer relationships in order to build a good customer base - being proactive in building these relationships.
- Take ownership of your own training needs and actively and continually take part in any training provided
- Meet the benchmarks of expected performance within in your training period and beyond
- Show great team spirit when working with others
- Take ownership of your own and the sites performance when working alone
- Liaise with your management team and others to highlight your training needs and work to reach the expected standard
- Show respect at all times to all you work with
- Be able to take direction from management and other experienced members of the team
- Be an ambassador for the Rafi’s brand at all times

Working Hours
Your rota will be provided at least two weeks (but we usually aim for 4) in advance.
The expected working pattern will include every other Saturday
Pay: £13.00 per hour
