Job Summary
We’re looking for an experienced, reliable and enthusiastic Cafe Supervisor to join our friendly team.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a busy, customer-focused cafe and is confident taking responsibility for the day-to-day running of a shift.
Hours: Monday–Friday, 12pm–2:30pm during term time
Occasional Saturdays
During school half-term holidays: 9:30am–3pm
Applicants must be aged 21+
We’re looking for someone who is:
Experienced in a cafe, hospitality or supervisory role, and preparing lunch items
Confident working independently
Reliable and organised.
Friendly and great with customers
Able to lead and support a small team
Passionate about maintaining high standards of service, cleanliness and food safety.
Barista Experience preferred.
