As part of our team, you’ll help create an inviting atmosphere where customers can enjoy high quality drinks, delicious food, and friendly service.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages and food, including speciality coffees and teas.
- Create high‑quality drinks with excellent presentation.
- Greet, seat, and serve customers while delivering exceptional customer service.
- Take accurate orders and process payments confidently.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment at all times.
- Restock supplies and support smooth daily operations.
- Uphold high standards of food safety and hygiene.
- Work collaboratively as part of a team, especially during busy periods.
Requirements
- 1 year experience is essential.
- Knowledge of coffee‑making techniques and equipment.
- Experience in hospitality or food service is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
- Positive, friendly, and team oriented attitude.
- Availability to work weekends and evenings on a rota basis.
- Basic maths skills for handling payments accurately.

Hours
Full-time - 37.5 hours per week
Shifts on a rota basis, Monday to Sunday, including mornings, evenings and weekends.
Pay: £12.71 per hour
