Job Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our fragrance retail team. The successful candidate will provide exceptional customer service, assist customers in selecting perfumes and fragrance products, and contribute to achieving store sales targets. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for beauty, luxury retail, and creating memorable shopping experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and provide a friendly, professional shopping experience.
- Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable fragrances and related products.
- Demonstrate knowledge of perfume notes, brands, and fragrance families.
- Meet or exceed individual and store sales goals.
- Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Maintain attractive product displays and ensure shelves are fully stocked.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally.
- Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and stock counts.
- Promote special offers, loyalty programs, and new product launches.
- Maintain high standards of store cleanliness and presentation.
- Support team members and contribute to a positive work environment.
RequirementsEssential
- Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales and customer engagement abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Basic numeracy and cash-handling skills.
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
Preferred
