Hours of work are 11 pm - 7 .30 am . You will be required to work weekends as per the rota. The post is for a casual position, with a minimum of 2 shifts per week depending on business needs.
As a Night Porter, you will be pivotal in ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for our guests during night time hours. You will report to the Reception Manager. With a focus on maintaining security and assisting guests, you will contribute significantly to the overall guest experience and satisfaction at our establishment. Join us to be a key part of our dedicated team.
Tasks are not limited to but will include security walks, checking guests in and out, serving on the bar, preparing any snacks that guests may want during the night. Tasks will vary according to business demands.
You will have a good knowledge of the hotels facilities, and be confident when dealing with guest requests.
Full training will be provided, but experience of night work in a hotel is preferable.
