Gleddoch, one of the most prestigious hotel, golf and spa resorts located in Renfrewshire is recruiting a bartender to join our award winning Food & Beverage Team.
For this role we are looking for somebody with a passion for whiskey, gin, cocktails & wine whilst having a knowledge of the history behind the products. Additional training will also be provided. Our ideal candidate is someone who can not only provide efficient, knowledgeable and professional service, they will have a genuine interest in guests and be able to build that infamous bartender – patron relationship.
The role of the bartender at Gleddoch is one that requires lots of commitment. We proudly provide services to our exquisite and exclusive clientele throughout the day and night therefore part of the role of bartender will be working late into the night. Serving drinks, learning product knowledge, working part of a team and providing excellent levels of guest service are other parts of the role. Sometimes, long working hours are inevitable and as previously mentioned we provide services throughout the day and night, therefore we can only consider applicants that are available to work to meet the demands of the business.
