We are a busy used car dealership looking to urgently hire an experienced Car Mechanic. Both mobile and permanent, site-based arrangements available depending on the right candidate.
Role Overview:
Diagnose, service, and repair a range of vehicles (petrol, diesel, hybrid)
Carry out pre-sale vehicle prep, safety checks, and minor/major repairs
Perform standard inspections ahead of sale
Requirements:
Proven experience as a car mechanic (garage, dealership, or mobile)
Strong diagnostic skills across various makes and models
Comfortable working across a mixed range of makes/models (varied used-car stock, not a single-brand specialist)
Willingness to turn jobs around quickly to keep stock moving
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
