Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and motivated Sales & Marketing/Office professional to drive our business growth and expand our market presence and to be part of the existing Welding and Fabrication team.
In this role, you will develop and implement strategic sales initiatives, build strong relationships with clients, and promote our brand across various Social Media channels. Your enthusiasm, communication skills, and customer-focused approach will be key to achieving growth and enhancing customer satisfaction.
There will be daily office duties included in this role, including answering the telephone and dealing with emails.
Hours of work: Monday-Thursday 8am to 2pm and Friday 8am to 12pm Can be slightly negotiable on times
Duties
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies
- Identify new business opportunities through previous and existing customers
- Collaborate to create social media and promotional campaigns and brand awareness initiatives
- Manage time efficiently to prioritize leads, and administrative tasks for maximum productivity
- Proven experience in sales, social media and marketing
- Excellent negotiation skills combined with effective communication abilities in
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Demonstrated customer service orientation with a proactive attitude toward problem-solving
- Good time management skills to optimize daily schedules and achieve objectives efficiently
