About Us:
The Kents is a busy pub and restaurant located in Wellswood. We are currently looking for reliable and hard-working team members to join our front-of-house team on a part-time basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Provide a welcoming, efficient, and friendly service to all guests.
- Food & Drink Service: Take orders accurately, pour drinks at the bar, and run food to tables.
- Venue Standards: Keep the bar, restaurant, and floor areas clean, tidy, and well-stocked throughout the shift.
- Teamwork: Work closely with the kitchen and management team to ensure a smooth service during busy periods.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a busy pub, bar, or restaurant is preferred but not essential.
- A positive attitude and strong communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure during peak times.
- Reliable, punctual, and fully available to work a flexible rota that includes evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
