An exciting opportunity has arisen for a passionate, enthusiastic and driven individual to join our team in the following position:

Football Development Officer
You will be responsible for leading, planning and delivering Elite and inclusive football initiatives across the community. In doing so, you will help engage diverse groups and support players and coaches in progressing through their football journey.
This includes the development and delivery of the FA Girls’ Emerging Talent Centre (ETC), PDC and Junior pathway as well and other inclusive projects. You will ensure high coaching and operating standards, compliance with FA regulations and safeguarding requirements, and the achievement of key programme objectives. The role involves delivering engaging, age-appropriate coaching, leading training, matches and tournaments, monitoring player development, and creating a safe, inclusive environment. You will build positive relationships with players, parents, schools, clubs and partners, while mentoring coaches, supporting CPD, contributing to programme planning and driving continuous improvement, recruitment and retention.
