Job Overview
We are seeking confident, enthusiastic, and personable VIP Hosts to join our dynamic team in a vibrant nightlife and hospitality environment. The successful candidates will play a key role in delivering an exceptional VIP experience, ensuring guests feel welcomed, valued, and well looked after throughout their visit.
This position is ideal for outgoing individuals who are passionate about customer service, nightlife, and creating memorable guest experiences. Previous experience in hospitality, nightlife, events, or VIP hosting is advantageous but not essential, as training will be provided.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and greet VIP guests in a friendly, professional, and confident manner.
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure VIP guests receive a memorable experience throughout their visit.
- Escort guests to their designated tables or VIP areas and assist with seating arrangements.
- Attend to guests' needs promptly and courteously, communicating with the wider team to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Maintain a strong knowledge of VIP areas, table bookings, packages, and venue procedures.
- Build positive relationships with guests while maintaining a professional and approachable manner.
- Assist with the presentation and cleanliness of VIP areas to ensure high standards are maintained throughout the night.
- Work closely with management, bar staff, security, and other team members to deliver a seamless guest experience.
- Handle guest queries or concerns professionally and escalate issues to management when required.
- Represent the venue positively and contribute to a welcoming, energetic, and vibrant atmosphere.
Skills:
- Previous experience in hospitality, VIP hosting, nightlife, events, or customer service is preferred but not essential; training will be provided for suitable candidates.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, confident, and approachable personality.
- Strong customer service skills with a genuine passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
- Ability to remain professional and composed while working in a fast-paced nightlife environment.
- Well-presented with strong attention to detail and a professional attitude.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and communicate with different departments.
- Reliable, punctual, and flexible, with availability to work evenings, late nights, weekends, and busy event periods.
- Organised and able to manage multiple guest requests during busy periods.
- An outgoing and positive personality with the confidence to engage with a wide range of guests.

Pay: £10.85-£12.71 per hour
