Corporate Receptionist Tuesday - Thursday only 08:30-17:00 ( 30 min break daily)
We are seeking a professional and organised Corporate Receptionist to join our team. This role is vital in ensuring smooth daily operations at our corporate office, providing excellent front-desk support and administrative assistance. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, representing the company with professionalism and courtesy. Duties
- Welcome visitors and clients in a courteous and professional manner, ensuring they are directed appropriately
- Answer incoming calls promptly, using proper phone etiquette, and direct calls to the relevant departments or personnel
- Manage front desk operations, including handling mail, deliveries, and visitor sign-in procedures
- Maintain appointment schedules and coordinate meetings using organisational tools
- Perform data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office programmes, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks as required
- Assist with general administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, and organising documents
- Support team members with clerical tasks to ensure efficient office workflow
- Keep the reception area tidy and welcoming at all times
Requirements
- Proven office experience or administrative background is preferred
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and QuickBooks
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Good typing speed and accuracy for data entry tasks
- Demonstrated phone etiquette and professional communication skills
- Previous clerical experience is advantageous but not essential for highly motivated candidates willing to learn
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
- Organised with a keen eye for detail and strong time management abilities
