The Role
We are looking for an organised, proactive and creative Bid Co-ordinator to join our Work Winning team. Working alongside the Senior Bid Co-ordinator, you will support the end-to-end bid process across public and private sector opportunities, helping to secure nationally significant projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Review contract notices and bid portals daily, distributing opportunities to senior leaders

Co-ordinate the go / no-go process for new opportunities

Manage bid programmes, deadlines, clarifications and document control

Support development of win themes, key messages, differentiators

Co-ordinate inputs from technical teams, business support functions and sub-consultants

Assist with commercial content to ensure scope, services and project stages are captured accurately

Contribute to written responses and presentation of submissions, including InDesign formatting

Help maintain the bids platform including case studies, CVs and lessons learned
Arrange post-bid feedback and reviews

Requirements
Skills & Experience
Essential
-
Strong administrative and organisational skills

Excellent written communication and attention to detail

Ability to manage competing priorities and tight deadlines

Confident team player with strong interpersonal skills

Proficiency in InDesign, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Desirable
-
Knowledge of bid management processes
-
APMP Foundation or similar awareness
-
Experience in architecture, construction, consultancy or the built environment.
