Duties:
- Assist the lead instructor in delivering classes
- Provide support and guidance to students during sessions
- Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Assist with the setup and cleanup of equipment and materials
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to the lead instructor
- Collaborate with other assistant instructors to ensure smooth class operations
Experience:
- Previous experience working with young children (3-6) critical
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience and the ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual student needs
- Experience working in martial arts or other sport/fitness settings beneficial
As an Assistant Instructor, you will play a vital role in supporting the lead instructor in delivering high-quality instruction to our students. You will assist with planning and implementing instructional activities, provide guidance to students, and help create a positive learning environment. Your experience working with younger students, along with your knowledge of the subject matter, will contribute to the success of our classes.
